Vocal Warmups
Your voice is very fragile it is imperative that you warm up each time you sing. Below are some vocal facts and different warm-ups you can do.
Remember Proper Vocal Health!
* Drink lots of water
* Do not yell or scream for an
extended period of time
* Eat a BALANCED Diet
* Get Plenty of Sleep (No All Nighters)

Breathe in deep for 5, Hold for 5 and Hiss all the air out (when you finish if you gasp for air you did it correctly) Repeat this and add a number go all the way up to 8 or 9. If you feel adventures you can pulse the hiss
Vowels used in the excersise I (ee) E (eh) A (ah) O (oh) U (oo) start on middle C using the same note say "I" on pitch and then pant like a dog, continue through the vowels when you get to U sing (oo) through the first five notes and down
Breathe in for 5 hold for 5 and hiss out for 5. Then immediately breathe in for 6 hold for 6 and hiss for 6. Repeat until 8 if you are daring go to 10
